I understand and hereby agree that as a person registered for and a

participant of a Conscious Millionaire Institute, LLC event or training,

whether in-person or virtual, and that I am applying for instruction in an

activity, which may involve physical, emotional and psychological activity

and that in the case of such undertaking there is always a risk involved. I

understand that in a group workshop setting the instructor or the staff

cannot always monitor my physical, emotional and psychological limits,

and that I am therefore fully responsible for assessing the risk any

activity may pose to me, and that I it is my obligation and responsibility,

and therefore I agree to always choose a safe course of action for

myself. I assume any and all risk and assume full and complete

responsibility for any direct or indirect injuries or damages suffered by

me arising out of, or in any way associated with, my participation in any

Conscious Millionaire Institute, LLC event or training. In consideration of

the opportunity to participate in Conscious Millionaire Institute, LLC

event or training, I hereby release, acquit, discharge, indemnify, defend,

and hold harmless, and waive all my rights to sue or be compensated by

Conscious Millionaire Institute, LLC, James V. “JV” Crum III, or any of

the training instructors, guides, staff, volunteers, speakers or students

taking part in the training in any way. I understand that James V. “JV”

Crum III is not acting as an attorney at the events or trainings, and agree

to rely on no statements he may make, written or verbally, that could be

construed as relating to or being legal advice. I agree to consult my own

legal professionals and solely rely on their advice.

Furthermore, I understand that while James V. Crum III may offer advice

during his events, I am fully responsible for my own business, legal, and

financial decisions. I hereby assume any and all risk, direct or indirect,

and assume full and complete responsibilities of making all decisions

about my business, finances and life, and take full responsibility for the

consequences of my decisions and actions. In consideration of the

opportunity to participate in Conscious Millionaire Institute, LLC events

and trainings, I hereby release, acquit, discharge, indemnify, defend, and

hold harmless, and waive all rights to sue or be compensated by

Conscious Millionaire Institute, LLC, James V. “JV” Crum III, or any of 

the training instructors, guides, staff, speakers, volunteers or students

taking part in the training in any way.
